Founded in 1977 the Forstbauer Farm is a Certified Organic Farm in Chilliwack British Colombia, farmed using Biodynamic Principals and Certified through the Biodynamic Society of British Colombia (Demeter). Mary and Hans Forstbauer were pioneers in the early Organic farming movement 30 years ago and are still farming with integrity and passion. They raised their twelve children on the farm and many of them are still involved in the farm today, and several have organic farms of their own. We hope you enjoy our site, learn about our family and the food and how it is grown and raised on our farm. Healthy Food From Healthy Soil... What does this mean? We farm with the purpose of providing you with food that is not only of great quality & flavor, but also of great nutritional value.
